ICT support for Primary & SEN Schools - turn IT on

Our support is centred around a series of regular visits delivered by a carefully selected and experienced ICT consultant. As well as resolving technical issues, your turn IT on consultant will work with your teaching and support staff and also small groups of pupils to provide advice and support on the delivery of ICT, helping you to ensure that technology is having the highest impact on learning.

Between visits, your systems will be proactively monitored via our unique turn IT on ‘Active’ monitoring system which will automatically create alerts when an issue arises and potentially resolve the issue before human intervention is required.

All our technical expertise is co-ordinated using the turn IT on Customer Portal. This is a bespoke, web-based, helpdesk system that schools can use to report or escalate issues. In addition to this our Customer Portal contains a growing number of Curriculum Resources, pre-made lesson plans, MIS documentation and video tutorials to help staff build confidence in computing.

To complement the service provided by the consultant, your school will also be supported by an experienced and knowledgeable team to ensure an all-encompassing support package is provided.

An experienced School Development Manager will develop a bespoke three year ICT School Development Plan that supports your strategic vision and helps to address your key priorities. The plan is focused on the key areas of Leadership & Management, Infrastructure and Curriculum and will be regularly reviewed and updated to ensure it continues to meet your changing requirements.

Our procurement team has more than 25 years combined experience and can supply and install a comprehensive range of ICT hardware, Audio Visual equipment, Wireless and Software Licensing solutions. The team is split into regions, ensuring you will always receive a consistent service and often speak to the same person for all your requirements.
