Digital Transformation Academy programme supports staff to feel confident in making better use of Microsoft technology to improve learning opportunities for others and reduce workloads. Digital Transformation Academy links with Microsoft Education Programmes. The professional growth pathway is designed to help staff become proficient in Microsoft technologies with hands-on content that’s specific to their role and goals.

Session 7 – Microsoft Forms Data Collection

• Gather data across the school from staff, students, governors or parents.
• Create questionnaires to collect responses and easily analyse the data returned across the school.
• Create class quizzes to check progress or consolidate learning.
• Analyse data collected in Forms to export to spreadsheets.
