Support and Benefits - turn IT on

Support & Benefits

We carry out annual benchmarking exercises to ensure we are offering competitive salaries. We also offer a number of different bonus schemes. We provided all staff a wide range of Benefits & Rewards and are always reviewing and adding to the list.

Holiday
Full-time employees are entitled to 25 days annual leave plus 8 Bank holidays.
Flexible working
Turn IT on is keen to adopt a flexible approach to work and we are happy to consider part-time, term time and hours outside of our standard working hours providing it meets the needs of the business.
Training, Learning & Development
We offer a variety of in-house training to all staff including a newly introduced Technical Training Schedule for our Technical teams, including the opportunity to take Microsoft Exams.

We have a team of Mental Health First Aiders.
Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Leave
We offer enhanced leave for employees who have been with the company for at least one year.

A scheme where staff can buy equipment through the Company at a discounted rate, usually between 10-15% off.
Travel Cards
Our London based staff benefit from travel cards which they can use for both work and personal journeys.
Staff Referrals - Contracts
We offer an incentive to our employees if they make a school referral that leads to a new support contract.
Electric/Hybrid Car Leasing Scheme
Employees have the opportunity to lease a new electric or hybrid car, and this will be paid via a salary sacrifice scheme which means great savings compared to other car lease schemes. The scheme includes the car lease, insurance, maintenance, breakdown assistance and road tax.
Volunteer
All of our employees have the opportunity to volunteer on an annual basis. This provides staff the chance to contribute to local communities and help support the areas that are important to them. Read more here.
Holiday Purchase Scheme
Employees are able to apply for additional holiday (this is essentially extra holiday time that is treated as unpaid leave).
Pension Scheme
An auto-enrolment pension scheme is available after your first 3 months of employment (if you are eligible). Our pension scheme is provided by Scottish Widows and the current Employee Contributions are 4%, the Company will also contribute 4%.
Employee Assistance Programme
We recognise it can be difficult to balance the pressures of work with the needs of home life and sometimes employees need a little help to deal with these challenges. We offer a free confidential support service for employees and their immediate family members offering advice on family issues, work, financial, relationship and legal matters.

This can be accessed via 24/7 support line or an online portal.

Recreational & Social Events
We are a diverse and vibrant organisation and understand the importance of building relationships both within the organisation and outside of it, therefore annual staff days are arranged, and teams catch up regularly.
