MIS Support - turn IT on

In case you missed our previous announcement, I wanted to share that turn IT on has acquired MIS support specialist, School ICT services – read more here.

The turn IT on MIS Support team was formed in 2011.  It became one of the first commercial SIMS Support Units to successfully gain ESS SIMS Accreditation in 2013 and has consistently gained re-accreditation since then with even higher scores.

As well as Accredited SIMS support the team are also accredited in supporting Integris, ScholarPack, Bromcom and Arbor.

Today we provide MIS support to more than 450 schools and have a fantastic MIS and Technical Support team of dedicated staff, with many years of hands-on experience working in schools and local authorities.

The fully-accredited team provide unlimited remote and telephone support and comprehensive statutory documentation for each census and key stage returns and seminars. We also provide a premium online training schedule and flexible distance courses here.

I have used the MIS Helpdesk on numerous occasions and have always been greeted by a friendly, professional member of the team. They always offer a reassuring response that nothing is ever too much trouble. The majority of queries have been dealt with immediately and if not, the response and continuous communication until a solution is found has been outstanding.
