Important: New deal with RM means Turn IT On can save schools money on Entry Level Support

Confirmed today, Turn IT On and RM have negotiated a new deal meaning that Turn IT On customers may purchase their RM Entry Level Support (essential for CC3 and CC4 networks) through us instead, and make a saving on the cost.

This is how the deal will work: the school will purchase from Turn IT On the RM Entry Level Support contract (essential for updates and network support), and make a saving. Turn IT On consultants will log the school’s support issues with RM and RM will solve the issues as normal.

If your school is running a CC3 or CC4 network you will hear from Turn IT On with specific details about your contract closer to the time that your Entry Level Support is due for renewal. For any more information please contact ruth.wilbraham@turniton.co.uk.
