Capita SIMS upgrade feedback
At the start of this term Turn IT On rolled out the latest Capita SIMS and FMS upgrade across all Capita SIMS users that our MIS team support. The upgrade was sent from Capita and rolled across our schools by our technical team to upgrade the central database and clients in all schools.
After rolling out the upgrade we requested feedback from the schools involved to see how smooth and convenient they found the process, as well as what impact the upgrade has had on the school. We were happy to find that 97% of respondents were “delighted or happy” with the upgrade!
It’s great to hear that so many of our schools are happy with the process and we will be looking into what we could have done better for those remaining 3% to make the upgrade even smoother next time!
