Capita Accreditation Award Cerermony
Earlier this month we announced that Turn IT On have passed the Capita Accreditation process!
Last week was the award ceremony where Capita presented our MIS Manager, Erika Vincent, with our accreditation award, alongside discussing the feedback we received and our development plan for the future.
Capita’s SIMS Accreditation recognises SIMS support teams providing high quality support to schools and aims to help these teams make further improvements to the service they offer. Capita believes the structured approach to the assessment and accreditation of SIMS support teams can enhance the services schools receive and will help them explore the full capability of SIMS.
During the accreditation process our customers completed a survey about our MIS support which highlighted how highly our customers value our support, overall our service was rated very good!
